One day while based in San Cristobal, we spend a good part of a day in Chamula, located only about 20 minutes away. Here one immediately goes back in time - their mysterious culture is one of the most traditional you can find anywhere in the world. When we arrive, we walk along the road which circles the cemetery on the outskirts of town.
